Serving Western Washington since 1995, MDK Construction, Inc is a General Contractor serving a long list of commercial, industrial, institutional, public works, and residential clients. Beginning as a small family operation, MDK has grown into one of the largest and most respected contractors in Lewis County.

Field Staff
Our field staff generally includes between 12 and 18 full-time tradesman and laborers, and one or two superintendents. MDK Construction considers itself an “employee-centric” company. The majority of our current field staff has been with MDK for 5-20 years. We offer health care plan and retirement benefits to all employees.

Subcontractors
In addition to our full-time staff, MDK Construction counts our core subcontractors as important members of our team. We cannot place enough value on these relationships with other local contractors whose specialties allow us a level of flexibility, expertise, and manpower that is difficult to maintain in a full-time stable staff. These successful relationships allow us to successfully schedule and complete projects on time and on schedule with the quality MDK’s reputation demands.

We maintain a database of over 100 subcontractors, vetted annually for licensing, insurance, and compliance with DOR, LNI, and Prevailing Wage requirements.
